Website and Google Ads campaign
Your website and your Google Ads campaign go live three weeks from the kickoff workshop.
One workshop fixes the keyword list and the lead target. We build the pages against that list, wire the tracking before the first click, and launch the campaign in an account opened in your name. Miss the target and you get your fee back.
Three weeks from the kickoff workshop. Not from the first email. The clock starts when the scope and the keyword list are signed off.
The lead target is written down first. How many leads, over how long, and what counts as one. All three go into the contract.
The Agreed-Target Guarantee. Late, off the requirements, or short of the target, and you get your fee back.
The website that has never produced an enquiry
The site has been up for years. It gets visits. It produces almost nothing. Nobody can say which of last month’s customers came through it.
So the ads get tried. A budget goes into an account someone set up in a hurry, broad match spends it on searches nobody would buy from, and the click lands on a page that describes the company instead of answering the search.
The site and the campaign were bought separately, from two suppliers. When the enquiries do not arrive, each one points at the other.
Why three weeks is a real number
Both halves are built against one keyword list, agreed in the workshop. On that list is what people type when they want what you sell. The pages answer those searches. The ads bid on them. Search phrase, ad and landing page say the same thing.
The site is assembled from a standing component library. The first pass on structure and copy is AI-assisted, and every line is edited before it ships. Tracking is in place before the first click, in accounts opened in your name.
What you get
One fixed scope, agreed in writing before the build starts.
A requirements workshop, four to six hours. Who you sell to, what a customer is worth, the keyword list, the target.
The build sprint. Your website rebuilt or optimised, every page written against a real search.
Your Google Business Profile, completed. The listing that shows in Maps results, done in the same pass.
The Google Ads campaign, launched. Structure, keywords, negative keywords and ad copy in your own account, with form and call tracking wired before the first click.
A presentation and a go-live session. Two to four hours each, before anything is public and again at the switch-on.
Hosting and written documentation. The site runs on our hosting. The documentation says what to check each week.
What the three weeks look like
Day 0
The kickoff workshop, four to six hours. Scope, keyword list, what counts as a lead, the target. The clock starts here.
Days 1 to 10
The build. Pages, copy and tracking, with a working version shown to you partway through.
Days 11 to 12
The campaign, built in your own Google Ads account against the same list.
Day 13
The presentation, two to four hours, before anything is public.
Day 14
Go-live, two to four hours. Day 0 to Day 14 is fifteen working days. That is three calendar weeks.
Three calendar weeks, counted from the day the scope is signed. If the domain or the ads account is outstanding, the clock pauses until it arrives.
The Agreed-Target Guarantee
Live inside three weeks of the kickoff workshop, matching the signed requirements, and hitting the lead target in the contract. Miss one and you get your fee back.
The target is agreed before anything is built. How many leads, over how long, and what counts as one. Nobody moves them afterwards.
Leads are counted in your own accounts. Form submissions and tracked calls meeting the agreed definition, in accounts opened in your name.
Defects against the requirements are fixed at no cost. Nobody can guarantee software with no defects. Anything missing the signed requirements is corrected without a further invoice.
What is needed from you. The click budget running for the whole window, access to the domain and the accounts, and every lead answered within one business day.
How you claim. Email info@peakcodeconsulting.ch and name which of the three was missed. For the go-live date, write within thirty days of go-live. For the signed requirements, within ninety days of go-live. For the lead target, within thirty days of the measurement window closing. You get an answer within ten working days.
These terms go into the contract before the build starts, in these words. Every number in them is a promise with a refund behind it, and none reports past work. Nobody can sell you a position in Google’s organic results.
Who this is for
This is for you if
- You sell something people search for, and you can name the searches.
- The website is the first thing a stranger sees of you.
- Somebody can fix the scope and the lead target in one session.
- There is a click budget, separate from the build.
This is not for you if
- You want the top of Google’s organic results. That is not for sale.
- You want traffic without paying for clicks.
- Nobody has four hours for a workshop in the next few weeks.
- Enquiries would arrive and sit for a week.
The questions we get asked
- What does it cost?
- It is quoted in writing after the first call, against what your site and your market need. There is no list price, and the fee is fixed before the build starts. Your click budget is separate and goes directly to Google.
- Can you get us to number one on Google?
- No, and neither can anyone else. Google does not sell positions in its organic results, so anyone promising one is promising something outside their control. The contract carries a lead target instead, with the fee back if it is missed.
- Who owns the website and the ads account?
- You do. The ads account is opened in your name and stays there. The site runs on our hosting and can move whenever you like, with the files and access handed over.
- We already have a website. Does it have to be rebuilt?
- Not always. Where the platform allows it, we optimise what is there. Which route reaches the target sooner is decided in the workshop.
- What happens after go-live?
- Either you run the campaign yourself with the documentation, or the management continues as a separate monthly arrangement alongside a care plan for the site.
Tell us what you sell, and to whom
The first call is free.
Describe what you sell and where your customers come from today. We come back within 48 hours on whether three weeks is realistic for your site, what the keyword list would look like, and what the workshop would have to cover.
If the honest answer is that paid search is the wrong channel for what you are describing, the reply says so.
