Peak Code Consulting

Website and SEO

A website that brings you enquiries from Google search. Live three weeks from the kickoff workshop.

We rebuild or optimise your site and do the SEO around it. Fifteen working days from the kickoff workshop. The enquiry target is agreed with you in writing before the build, and if we miss it you get your money back.

  • Live three weeks from the kickoff workshop. Not from the first email. The clock starts the day the workshop ends, and that day is in the contract.

  • An enquiry target, in writing. The baseline is measured in the workshop from your own numbers. The target and its window are fixed before anything is built.

  • No ranking is promised. Google does not sell positions. The thing that carries the refund is the enquiry target.

The website nobody finds

The site was built once, a few years ago, and it still looks respectable. It also sends almost nothing. New business arrives by referral, or from an ad budget that stops producing the day it stops running.

Above you in the results sits a competitor you do not rate higher than yourself. They are the ones getting called. The difference is rarely the work. It is that somebody decided which searches their pages were built to win.

The usual answer on offer is a monthly retainer with no delivery date and no number anyone can be held to. Twelve months later the invoices are provable and the enquiries are not.

First the searches, then the pages

The searches a ready-to-buy customer types are collected before a single page is designed. That list decides how many pages the site needs, what each one is called, and what it has to answer. The design follows the list.

The build runs on a stack that already handles structure, load time and technical SEO, so none of the three weeks goes on plumbing. Drafting is AI-assisted against the search brief, and every line is read by a person before it goes live.

That is why three weeks is a real number. The slow part of a website is deciding what it says, and that is settled on day zero with your people in the room.

What you get

One fixed scope, agreed in writing before the build starts.

  • A requirements workshop, four to six hours. What the site has to do, who it has to reach, which searches are worth winning. Your current enquiry numbers are read out of your own analytics here and written down.

  • The build sprint. The site rebuilt or optimised page by page against the search brief. Structure, load time and technical SEO are part of the build.

  • The site live on our hosting. Hosting, SSL certificate and deployment handled. The code and the content are yours and are portable on request.

  • Your Google Business Profile optimised. Categories, services, opening hours, photos, description and a review prompt, so the local result carries its share.

  • SEO articles, written and published. Each one aimed at a search agreed in the workshop, answering what your buyer types before buying.

  • A starting set of links. Real directory entries, profiles and partner pages. Nothing bought from a link network: Google works those out and you carry the penalty.

  • Presentation and handover, two to four hours. What was built, which search each page targets, what you can change yourself, plus the written documentation.

  • Go-live, two to four hours. Redirects from every old URL, analytics and Search Console connected, and the first measurement taken.

What the three weeks look like

  1. Day 0

The requirements workshop. Four to six hours. Searches, scope, and your current enquiry baseline. The clock starts here.

  2. Days 1 to 10

The build. Structure, pages, copy, technical work. A staging link partway through, so the end is not a surprise.

  3. Days 11 to 13

Google Business Profile, the first articles, the first links, and your review round.

  4. Day 14

Presentation and handover. Two to four hours.

  5. Day 15

Go-live. Two to four hours. Redirects, analytics, Search Console, first measurement.

Fifteen working days, counted from the day the workshop ends. If content or an access we need is outstanding, the clock pauses until it arrives, and you are told on the day it happens.

The Agreed-Target Guarantee

Live inside fifteen working days from the kickoff workshop, matching the written requirements, against an enquiry target agreed with you in writing before the build. Miss the go-live date or the enquiry target and you get your money back. Anything that does not match the written requirements is corrected at no cost.

  • The baseline is measured before anything is built. Enquiries from search per month, read from your own analytics and inbox in the workshop and written into the contract. Neither side moves it afterwards.

  • The target is a number and a window. Both are agreed with you and written down before the build starts. A guarantee with no number in it is decoration.

  • No ranking is promised, by us or by anyone. Google does not sell positions and changes the order without telling anyone. A guaranteed first place is a promise about something the seller does not control. The enquiry target carries the refund instead.

  • Defects against the written requirements are fixed at no cost. Nobody can guarantee a website with no defects. What is guaranteed is that anything failing to match the agreed requirements is corrected without a further invoice.

  • What is needed from you. The workshop attended by someone who can decide, access to the domain, the analytics and the current site, and answers to questions during the build.

  • How you claim. Email info@peakcodeconsulting.ch and name which of the three was missed. For the go-live date, write within thirty days of go-live. For the written requirements, within ninety days of go-live. For the enquiry target, within thirty days of the measurement date. You get an answer within ten working days.

These terms go into the contract before the build starts, in these words. You can hold us to every one of them. Every number above is a promise with a consequence attached, and none of them is a statement about results at another company.

Who this is for

This is for you if

  • Your website is the first thing a buyer checks, and today it produces almost nothing.
  • You sell something people search for before they call.
  • Somebody on your side can commit to the scope and the content in a single session.
  • You would rather have a delivery date and a written target than an open-ended monthly retainer.

This is not for you if

  • You want a guaranteed first position on Google. Nobody can sell you one honestly.
  • Nobody on your side can supply content, photos and decisions inside the three weeks.
  • You need results next week. The site is live in three weeks and search answers on its own schedule.
  • You want a redesign with no search brief behind it. The guarantee is settled against that brief.

The questions we get asked

What does it cost?
It is quoted in writing after the first call, against what your site actually needs. There is no list price, because scoping a website without seeing it is guessing. The fee is fixed before the build starts and does not move afterwards.
Can you guarantee we rank first on Google?
No. Google does not sell positions and nobody controls the order. What goes into the contract is an enquiry target with a refund behind it, and a window long enough for search to respond. Both are agreed with you before the build.
Will we be found in ChatGPT and other AI answers?
The same work helps, and the site is built with it in mind: clear structure, plain answers to the questions buyers ask, pages a model can quote. No guarantee is attached to it, because nobody controls what a model says.
Who owns the site, and do we have to stay on your hosting?
The code and the content are yours from go-live. The hosting is included and holds nothing hostage. If you move it, everything is handed over and you get help doing it.
What happens after the three weeks?
Either an ongoing SEO and site care plan, or nothing. The handover is written so that continuing is a choice. If the honest recommendation is that the site now does its job without further work, the presentation says so.

Tell us what the site has to bring in

The first call is free.

Send the address of your current site and what a good month of enquiries would look like. We come back within 48 hours on what the three weeks would cover, which searches look winnable, and what the target could reasonably be.

If the honest answer is that this is the wrong shape of engagement for what you are describing, the reply says so.
